The former National American Bank office building has been renovated and preserved as a mixed-income, high-quality residential rental property. The project was funded as part of the post Katrina GO ZONE recovery initiative. The developments complex financial structure utilized a Community Development Block Grant, state and federal Historic Tax Credits and Low Income Housing Tax Credits for funding.

The 24-story historic building, originally built in 1929, provides much needed “transit oriented” housing in the heart of New Orleans’ downtown employment center.
