Altona is a small urban infill site, with 0.33 acres, in Charlotte Amalie.  It currently contains five deteriorated modular units, originally installed for emergency housing.  The existing units will be demolished, allowing the site to be redeveloped with 8 two bedroom apartments.

Grandview is a 17.7-acre site near Home Depot, just east of Charlotte Amalie.  This site will be developed with 84 affordable rental housing units.  Fifty four units will be constructed in Phase 1, with an additional 30 units to follow in Phase 2.

Total Development Costs – Altona and Grandview Phase 1 = $20,276,000
